WEEKLY COMMITMENT

Each week: one live Zoom session with your cohort, two to three hours of self-study on the learning platform, and up to one hour of practical homework. Most participants do this alongside a full-time job. That is not the exception — it is the design.

If you implement everything we teach and do not have a paying client within 12 months of graduating — we will refund your investment in full. We have never had to honor it. But it stands.

Orientation

1 week
You arrive prepared, not catching up.
Foundational material opens on the platform the moment you enroll — approximately four hours of content that orients you before the cohort officially begins. You also receive a personal onboarding call with our Director of Training — 30 to 45 minutes to answer your questions, understand your goals, and make sure you know exactly what to expect before the first live session.

Phase 1

Coaching Framework & Gender Intelligence

10 weeks

The methodology at the center of everything.
The 7-step coaching process, gender intelligence in real client situations, and the retention model that keeps clients progressing long after the first goal is reached. By the end of Phase 1 you have a repeatable coaching process you can use with any client, in any situation.

Phase 2

Business Model & Practice Launch

8 weeks

The half of the certification most schools never teach
The workshop acquisition model, the sales process, and how to market your practice using the Mars Venus brand and materials. You finish Phase 2 with a functioning business architecture and your first workshop ready to run.

The Level 1 certification is your entry point. Level 2 and Level 3 build from here for coaches who want to take their practice further.

The return

One retained client at $500 per month covers your full Level 1 investment within 13 months. Most Mars Venus coaches have their first paying client within 90 days of graduating.

A 45-minute conversation with our enrollment team. No pressure, no pitch. You ask your questions, we answer them honestly, and we both decide if this is the right fit.
A short form that helps us understand your background and makes sure we are a good fit for each other.
We go through your application on a follow-up call. If it is a yes on both sides, you are in.
Your onboarding call with the Director of Training is scheduled, your platform access opens, and your foundational material is ready. The only thing left is to show up.
